•   1 kg sea bass

•   2 potatoes, sliced

•   1 medium-size onion, sliced

•   1 bell pepper, sliced

•   5 cloves crushed garlic

•   Green coriander

•   1 lemon

•   Spices

•   Cumin

•   Black pepper

•   Corn oil or olive oil



How to prepare

•   Place the onion, bell pepper, and potatoes in a small baking pan.  

•   Season fish with garlic, salt, and spices, then add cut green coriander. Place the fish on top of the vegetables in the pan. 

•   Add some oil over the fish. 

•   Cover the pan with foil, then place it in the oven at 180 degrees.  

•   Bake until potatoes are done; once the potatoes are cooked, the fish will be done.
