Refund, Returns, and Cancellations Policy:
It is our priority on Fish Day to have your order delivered on time because we know you might want to make it for lunch or dinner.
• Refund And return order:
If the user has any complaint about the quality of the product offered from Fish Day, he can claim a refund or exchange the order within an hour of delivery. Customers are advised to check the product upon receipt, so Fish Day can process the refund request faster. Fish Day's quality control team will review the order and if the complaint is found to be justified, Fish Day will refund the amount paid or replace the products ordered by the user according to the following terms and conditions:
- Online payment:
Fish Day will replace the product as soon as possible or on the day of delivery, or the amount will be returned to your account within 14 working days when paying with a Visa credit card, and within 24 hours if paying using a mada bank card.
- Cash on Receipt:
Fish Day will exchange the product at the earliest time or day of delivery, or the amount will be refunded to your account within 1 working day.
- Credit Transfer:
Fish Day will not accept returns or exchanges of products, If they are sold during special promotions and/or discounts.
Fish Day accepts returns or exchanges of items purchased provided that they are in good and salable condition. If it is not possible to return the purchased products to the condition they were in on the date of purchase, Fish Day has the right to refuse to return or exchange them unless there is mold that was not visible to you at the time of purchase.
It is worth noting that on Fish Day we do not charge any additional fees for returning or exchanging products.

• Cancellation:
We accept on fish day to cancel the order within 12 hours before the delivery time you specify.
Anything will not be considered Cancellation requests are sent after that time.
On Fish Day, we make sure that you receive your order on time to ensure it is prepared in a timely manner.
